Your donation will fund the work of the ASPCA® where it is needed most to rescue animals from abuse, pass humane laws and share resources with shelters nationwide. The ASPCA exists to help animals. Every year we treat thousands of animals at our Bergh Memorial Animal Hospital where we serve victims of cruelty and abuse, financially needy pet parents and public fee–for–service clients.
Last year our dedicated staff of 21 veterinarians and 31 licensed veterinary technicians supported our anti–cruelty work by caring for 135 animal abuse victims rescued by ASPCA Humane Law Enforcement. They also provided life–saving health care to 1,340 needy pets through the Trooper Fund, which covers medical expenses for special–needs clients.
