ASPCA Animaland Pages: Backyard Wildlife (Pack of 100)
Attracting wildlife to a community can be a fun and rewarding project for students. This issue of Animaland Pages explores ways to make wildlife feel welcome and encourage them to stay in yards, neighborhood lots and schoolyards. Kids learn how they can help count the numbers and kinds of birds by participating in Project Feeder Watch, a program sponsored by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. They also find out how to attract butterflies and construct their own birdfeeder.
